Health & safety guidelines
Before your appointment
NO MAKE-UP
Please attend your appointment with no make up on at all. Facial makeup will prevent the pads and tap from sticking. Eye makeup must be removed as clean eyes are critical for lash treatments. If eye makeup is worn a 10 dollar surcharge will occur due to having to do a facial cleanse.
CLEANSERS
Any oil based cleansers are not good for long lasting lashes. Please try to use a lash friendly cleanser such as micellar water.
MOISTURIZING
Do not use any based products on your face. if you do this it will prevent the lash glue from forming a bond and they will slip straight off. If you use oil based products after your appointment it will affect how long your set lasts as again it will break down the bond. A great moisturizer to use is the simple every day moisturizer.
RELAXATION
You are more than welcome to bring headphones to listen to music or your favorite podcast. If you prefer your own music i can put it on for you.
Aftercare
Do not wet lashes for first 24-48 hours
do not come in contact with steam (shower/bath, oven, hot drink or steam rooms)
do not pick/pull your lashes
use oil free products only (be wary of fake tan, creams, setting sprays)
clean your lashes at least three times a week (daily if you wear heavy makeup)
Brush lashes daily with lash wand
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Any appointment canceled within the 24 hour window will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment. If we are able to fill your spot you will not be charged.
I will allow you to cancel 3 times out of that 24 hour window before you are no longer allowed to book with me.
I do know things come up such as childcare, sickness, emergencies etc. communication is key!
Late Policy
If you are 20 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment.
I understand things happen but i also have to be fair to my other clients as well. The appointment will run into my next client and I wont have enough time for their appointment.
